Craig

After studying Human Geography at the University of Hull and Surveying at the College of Estate Management, Craig joined a regional Commercial Property Consultants before creating Tiger Sales & Lettings in 2008. Primarily a property services company for Landlords and Tenants throughout the Fylde Coast, the company progressed into traditional Estate Agency, offering all property services including sales, lettings, investments and property maintenance across Lancashire. The success of Tiger Sales & Lettings has allowed for further investment into new services and businesses relating to the property industry that provides opportunities for buyers, sellers, investors to buy and sell property through Tiger Sales & Lettings or the sister property auction company Webbmove and the bespoke Webbmove bidding platform.

With a dedication to internal training and promotion from within the company, Craig champions the regulation and full qualification of Estate & Letting agents, a sector which has very little need for qualification or regulation. A leading voice within the property industry, Craig is a member of the Parliamentary Review providing insight to the Government on all aspects of the property industry and a member of Propertymark and a regular attendee at conferences and courses across the country. In his spare time, Craig enjoys holidays with his young family, playing football and a Friday night beer!

Steven

From leaving school, Steven jumped into the world of business, in particular estate agency and hasn’t looked back. He began his career as an Apprentice Sales Negotiator and within 5 years, was promoted to Manager of a busy high street estate agency office. As well as getting several promotions across the 5 years, he went on to travel the globe with friends and returned to work with a further promotion to Manager of an even busier city centre office, both of which were successful.

Keen to progress, Steven joined Craig at Tiger Sales and Lettings to expand his knowledge into lettings, which at the time was a new area of property for him. He now has a wealth of experience in both sales and lettings and even went on to study law.

Over the next few years, Steven noticed many changes in the property market and, a frustrating new pattern was emerging, slow sales transactions and increased uncertainty for both buyers and sellers. He decided to look for a solution and having worked a lot on property auctions across the years, felt that with a few tweaks to the current method, this could be the solution!

The rest as they say is history, Steven and Craig began work on Webbmove Auction's who specialise in the modern method of auction as well as the bespoke Webbmove bidding platform, as well as becoming a member of PropertyMark.

On the rare occasions that Steven is not selling properties, you’re likely to find him having a Friday night beer, or in his favourite place, Las Vegas!
